I am talking Asus P8Z68-V LE PC Diagnostics the LED that says if power is flowing from the power supply to the motherboard. He states that the VGA light is on meaning that the motherboard can not even see the graphics card is installed. There is a problem with the hardware on the USB stick nothing to do with the software.

Yeah, I see that mobo has no on-board video. From what I've seen, it looks like it may have Secure Boot enabled, and using on-board VGA some folks have been able to access that function and disable it.
